About Us.
We have assembled a group of people spanning government, business, technology, military and beyond. They all share the same view: the system needs radical reform but we don’t have the right people to do it.
Our Team.

Lord Nash
Lord Nash is a businessman and venture capitalist who was made a Peer in 2013. He served as a Non-Executive Director at the Department for Education before becoming a Minister. He also later served as lead Non-Executive Director across government and Non-Executive Director of the Cabinet Office between 2020 and 2022.

Lord Agnew
Lord Agnew is a businessman who was made a Peer in 2017. He entered government that year serving as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the School System from 2017-2020. He then became Minister of State for Efficiency and Transformation jointly at the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury serving from 2020-2022. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of the Department for Education, the Cabinet Office and the Ministry of Justice.

Ameer Kotecha
Ameer Kotecha was formerly a senior British diplomat, with over a decade’s experience in government. He began his career in the private sector as a financial analyst before joining the Diplomatic Service in 2015. As a diplomat he has worked in roles in London and abroad, including in New York and Hong Kong. From 2023-25, he was head of the British consulate in Russia. From 2025-26, until his resignation, he was a senior diplomat based in British Embassy Tel Aviv, serving as Head of Palestinian Issues.
Advisory Council.
The Centre will be supported by an advisory council of senior figures with direct experience of government and business at the highest levels. The first members of the advisory council will be announced in the coming weeks.
